Class will consist of a nice juicy warm up and strengthening exercises to get your body ready to play. Choreography will give you the space to writhe and thrive, tapping into your inner DIVA.

Heels welcome (but not required)

Bring layers and knee pads you can play with

Intermediate levels recommended - having splits on at least one side is helpful.
